Community guidelines
LookForParty is for finding a table and having a good time at it. These rules keep it that way. We'd rather you could predict what gets removed before you post it.
Never allowed
Removed, and the account is actioned. Some go straight to a ban.
- Threats of violence, or revealing someone's address or identity.
- Anything that sexualizes or endangers minors. We report it to NCMEC, as the law requires.
- Hate speech targeting people for who they are, including sexuality and gender identity.
- Asking a minor for contact details or to talk off LookForParty.
- Explicit sexual content or nudity.
- Spam, scams, and phishing links.
- Pretending to be another person, a store, or LookForParty staff.
Not okay
Removed or edited; repeats add strikes.
- Excluding people from events because of who they are. "Experienced players" is fine.
- Event descriptions that are adverts for something unrelated.
- Alcohol in events that include minors.
What happens
A first offense removes the content with an explanation. Then a 7-day suspension, a 30-day suspension, and a permanent ban, counting the last 90 days. Threats and child exploitation go straight to a ban. You can appeal any decision, and a different moderator reviews it.
